I took my Camry in for an oil change and to make sure the car was ready for a road trip. I was immediately greeted, a service advisor took the pertinent information and showed me to the waiting room. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was ready in less than hour. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely a positive experience. I'm sorry I don't remember names.

The purpose of my visit was to purchase a new vehicle. This was my first time at this dealership and it was a good experience. They were willing to negotiate and we were able to come to a fair agreement on the final price. The service department was very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. I have been going to this service department since I bought my Toyota and every time I have gone there they have been nothing less than friendly, helpful and understanding. I was apprehensive about going to a service department without a male being with me because of the history of females being taken advantage of. Work to be done explained in understandable terminology. Frank A. did a great job in keeping me updated on progress. Work was done in a timely manner. The Camry was waiting to be washed. Frank kept me up dated. He was trying to satisfy me. Car still not washed.. Frank kept in touch with the back area. After over 20-25 minutes, Frank went to the wash area himself to get things moving. I appreciated his efforts. He did come back to tell me it was finished and being driven up front. Car
