I took my Camry in for an oil change and to make sure the car was ready for a road trip. I was immediately greeted, a service advisor took the pertinent information and showed me to the waiting room. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was ready in less than hour. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely a positive experience. I'm sorry I don't remember names. | |

The purpose of my visit was to purchase a new vehicle. This was my first time at this dealership and it was a good experience. They were willing to negotiate and we were able to come to a fair agreement on the final price. For the most part, they were straight forward and it didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or cheat me. I just happened to stop by Coggin on the way to the Avenues Mall and walked out with a new Prius. I already owned a ten year old Prius with 135 thousand miles on it. Work to be done explained in understandable terminology. Frank A. did a great job in keeping me updated on progress. Work was done in a timely manner. The Camry was waiting to be washed. Frank kept me up dated. He was trying to satisfy me. Car still not washed.. Frank kept in touch with the back area. After over 20-25 minutes, Frank went to the wash area himself to get things moving. I appreciated his efforts. He did come back to tell me it was finished and being driven up front. Car | |
